Recently, it has been brought to my attention that a few people (BRAD DAWG, ZACH SCARBRO) do not understand the rules of a slap bet. For eduactaional purposes I have googled and found the offical rules of slap betting.
OFFICAL RULES OF SLAP BETS
"A slap bet is created when two parties involved in a disagreement, argument, or difference of opinion mutually agree that whichever party is proven right (or winning party) gets to slap whichever party is proven wrong (or losing party) as hard as they possibly can."
I even found this video of the slap bet being executed perfectly. However, we do not use the rule that you can slap someone across the face. Try it and die.
